TPS2553D: best replacement part recommendation

Hi,

I'm looking for best part alternative over replacing TPS2553D in my application, initially TPS25221 looks promising but lacking the reverse blocking feature on it. Is there any devices within power switch portfolio which carries similar feature as TPS2553D? Or perhaps an eFuse with reverse blocking might be a suitable device to look at as well?

    Hi Leo,

    In fact TPS25221 has the reverse blocking function but with 4ms response time which seems too long.

    So we remove this feature from our spec.

    For other devices, we don't have this feature as power switch is enabled.

    As disabled, any power switch has reverse blocking function.

    The efuse may has the function you need. But I am not sure about the exact part number.
