My customer has a question about Start Up at Pre Bias condition.
I would be grateful if you could advise.

An external 5V is direcrtly connected to the output of the TPS61023 for voltage monitor and FB pin is connected via 1Mohm resistor.
This means external 5V is supplied when the device is off.
(1)Does TPS61023 support pre-bias startup?
(2)Are there a possibility to damage?
I think this is no problem because TPS61023 is acceptable -0.3V to 7V by absolute maximum ratings.
