We have one question about cycle count error.

Please check the operating condition as below.

The gauge is in seal mode after waking up that cycle count updated to 33290.

I attache our gg file.

Can you explain how does the cycle count increase?

Or please let us know which DF parameters we are wrong.

Please provide recommendations for us.

Hello Statham,

Can you give more information about when/how this occurred and how many boards are effected? Do you have any logs during this period?

The cycle count is a writable register, and the other values use it has a reference for lifetime data logging.
