Hi,

I´m using the UCC28C44 for my Flyback application. The switching frequency is 1MHz and the Output 5V / 2A.

With the webench power-designer the efficiency is 78%.

Is there a possibility to use a synchronous rectifier controller with the UCC28C44 to increase the efficiency?

You may look at UCC24612 for your SR driver with flyback.

Hi,

for my simulation I need the Pspice Model. Is there a possibility to get the Pspice model of UCC24612?

Or do you have similar SR driver that have a Psice Model?

Hi,

UCC24612 is the SR driver you can use. I do not have another recommendation for you.
