UC1843A-EP: output current question

Part Number: UC1843A-EP

Hello,

I have a question about one of the values specified in the output section of the UC1843A-EP datasheet.  For the low-level output voltage when the output current is 200 mA, the nominal and maximum values are 15 V and 2.2 V, respectively.  Am I correct in assuming that this is a typo and that the nominal low-level output voltage is, in fact, 1.5 V?  The table in question is on page 4 of the datasheet and these electrical characteristics: TA = −55C to 125C for the UC184xAM-EP, VCC = 15 V (see Note 1), RT = 10 kΩ, CT = 3.3 nF, and TA = TJ (unless otherwise stated).

Also I see that the oscillator is specified as having a 1.7 V peak-to-peak amplitude.  However, there are no details provided regarding the minimum or maximum voltage of this waveform.  I would like to know what is the expected peak or valley voltage at which this oscillator will toggle?

Thanks,

Adam
