TPS709: TPS70915 specification/availability

Part Number: TPS709

Hello team,

I can see TPS70915 device is in ACTIVE status and is available for purchasing,

but this device is not described in Electrical Characteristics chapter of datasheet and is missing in Webench designer (in opposite to TPS70933, TPS70950, TPS70965).

Could you please advise, why the mentioned data is not available for TPS70915?

    Hi Slava, 

    Under the product folder, I see the 1.5V output does have a released PSPICE model. I would suggest running the simulation under PSPICE for TI. The reason could be the different voltage options were released at different steps and for some later released options, they may not have a model released to the Webench.

    For the EC table, as you've noticed, there is no separate dropout spec for the 1.5V output, does your customer plan to have a tight Vin-Vout? What's the Vin and load current for their application?
