Dear team,
The customer use Buck5 to power DDR. In standby mode, other power rails turns off, but DDR needs to be in working mode, and the current needed is around 2mA. So Buck5 is in light load mode. My customer needs to compute the power dissipation. If buck 5 is PWM mode, the quiescent current is 17mA which is too large to accept, so my customer hopes Buck 5 works in PFM mode.
In the datasheet, different conditions has the different PWM mode quiescent current, but no PFM mode Iq. I only see one auto mode Iq, can this current cover all different conditions?
In addition, I see 659413 and 659411 OTP information, all bucks sets to PWM mode. Can we change the registers in real time?
