Hi Team,

I am looking for a non-isolated, automotive qualified gate driver with active miller clamp output.

So far I was only able to find this feature on our isolated drivers.

Do we have any solution for this?

    Hello Stefan,

    Your search is correct, at this time the miller clamp feature is available on some isolated drivers but not on the non isolated drivers.

    For the most cost effective solution, I would look to the UCC5320 family of single channel isolated drivers for the miller clamp function.
