BQ78350-R1: BQ78350 does not react after flashing firmware

Hi,

I flashed the attached firmware on my BQ78350-R1 and since then the chip does not answer anymore. On all messages I'm getting a NACK and also in BQStudio it is anymore visible.

Is it possible to get the chip back to live?

    Hi Martin,

    If there is an interruption in the process of writing the flash, sometimes the device is not recoverable. You can try to cycle power on the device and quickly click the 'Program srec' button in BQStudio (you need to toggle the WAKE pin on the BQ769x0 to bring the device out of Shutdown and make sure the REGOUT pin is powered to 2.5V). Try this a few times to see if it can be recovered.

    Thank you!. This resolved on a few batteries the problems, on some others I keep going on to try
