Other than lead finish, are there any differences between the LM5116WG and LM5116WG/NOPB? We have a legacy design that uses the LM5116WG. I'm just wondering what the risks are replacing it with LM5116WG/NOPB. I would assume there is no change to the die. I'm concerned there may be some other difference in packaging that may affect the long-term reliability of the part.
