TPS63070: Impact by using TPS630702 to replace TPS630701 footprint on board

We know that TPS630702 and TPS630701 has same footprint, and TPS630701 output a fixed 5V. If we place TPS630702 on the footprint original designed for TPS630701 and add two resistors(R96 and R107) as shown in the attached file

What is the impact on circuitry except for the output discharge function?
