UCC28180: UCC28180 power mos damage issues

Hello Sir, 

we use UCC218180 design for 650V/10A PFC and has power MOS damage issue.

Capture waveform as below fig, could you help us to commend it? thanks!

 Blue trace is VDS of power mos, Green trace is VGS of power mos, Red trace is Id current

    hello,

    from the waveform, VGS has very strong oscillation at milerplaform, it may cause a very high switching loss at mmosfet, and also may cause negative votlage on UCC28180 drv pin.

    I would suggest you can add a driver between controller and mosfet, such as UCC27511.

    you can also increase the turning on/off resistor between mosfet and the PFC controller.
