BQ34Z100-G1: Burn in questions of BQ34Z100-G1

Hi support team,

our customer had some burn-in questions of BQ34Z100-G1.
They used software "Battery Management Studio" to burn-in and produce one ".srec" and two ".fs" files.

1. There are 3 type files can burn-in, and its size files and the burn-in times are different.
    How to make the choice from these 3 type files? to make the better choice.

2. We can find the burn in ".fs" file with Address 0xAA and its commands before ROM MODE.
    But after in ROM MODE, the address changed to 0x16.
    We cannot find the related descriptions about 0x16 commands in datasheet, is there any reference about this?
    And also would like to know the burn-in address and region.
