The BQ51003 is a low power wireless receiver that will work well with BQ25101. The reference design TIDA-00318 features both is a small form factor design, see below link.
TI wireless power transmitters are NRND and no longer supported, cannot assist with them.
Also take a look at Wireless Charger Booster Pack referenced design TIDA-00669 it used a BQ27421 gauge. But battery fuel gauge is supported by another team and would need to be a separate E2E post on this topic.

If I choose wireless power receiver, protection IC and gauge IC from TI what is the option to me for wireless power transmitter. Can i use Qi charger readily available from market (Amazon etc..),

The 760308101216 coil is very small, 6mm. This size coil has not worked well in the past. Recommend 20mm or greater.

As my application is miniature medical application I selected this small size coil. The enclosed unit shall be placed on the denture.
Please suggest the suitable receiver coil with small form factor.

Finally i have selected BQ51050 as wireless receiver IC, BQ27421 as Fuel Gauge IC and BQ29707 as Protection IC and TPS62840 as regulator.
Application is Medical (Miniature) and the unit shall be placed under the denture and it is enclosed with acrylic material.
Please provide the details for below points:
1. Suggest suitable receiver coil (As small as possible).
2. Unit shall be fully enclosed with acrylic material, is the wireless power receiving function can be possible. Please confirm.
3. If unit shall be placed inside the water, can the wireless power receiving function possible. Please confirm.
4. Provide the EVK reference link to purchase for the initial testing demo to my customer.
5. Confirm the transmitter section also, can i use any Qi compliant charger for communicating with this receiver IC or is there any specification.

The small coil will be very difficult.
