The following requirements.
* Small size
* 10mVpk-pk output ripple (max)

TPS53681EVM-002 in stock demonstrating the capabilities you need.

Hi Josh,

Thank you for the reply.

The TPS53681 has two channels (two outputs). Is there another solution for one channel (one output)?

I could probably drop back from 200A to 160A if that opens more solutions.

The simpler TPS53647 controller with one output and up to 4 phases can be used with the same CSD95490 power stages. The TPS53647 also has an orderable in stock evaluation module called TPS53647EVM-710, but its power stages are not rated for as high current as the CSD95490s.

WEBENCH limits the design to 120A. What is the maximum limit for this part?
