Hi Art,

For EVM, we don't have a CAD model or Step file and those model files are only available for the IC. What do you need it for?

Customer will be using it to place the model in his assembly as part of a prototype.

I was able to locate the original design file for this board. Please see the attached ".pcb" file and you may use Pads Layout Viewer or other Mentor graphics PCB software to view it. Please let me know if this will help to close your customer's request.
