BQ40Z80: Using the BQ40z80 with BQ76200 or other FET driver

Hello, 

We'd like to use the BQ40z80 in with multiple CHG/DSG fets. We'd like to beef up the gate drive with something like the BQ76200, but the BQ76200 is expecting low-side drive and won't work as-is. 

I suppose we could try using that part with some level shifting, but is there a recommended way to use multiple FETs with this part?
