LM7480-Q1: Is the "LM7480-Q1" enough for complaining with the ISO-16750-2 and cover the reverse-polarity protection?

Part Number: LM7480-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM74610-Q1, INA302-Q1

Hello, experts

After reading several posts and the application report (SLVAES2-April 2020) I still have some doubts regarding the configuration of the LM7480-Q1 that I believe is the best option to suit my requirement of having a reverse-polarity protected DC/DC in compliant with the ISO-16750-2.

In general the system will be used for 24V applications with a operating range between 18V - 38V and a max current of 150A.

By using the common-source topology (Design 3, Figure 10) the surge-stop protection is covered. However, the other conditions (OCP, reverse polarity, etc.) are covered with the common-drain topology + the INA302-Q1 (Design 4, Figure 13). So, with that been said, is it possible to cover all the requirements with a single LM74800 or an extra "help" is needed, for instance, an LM74610-Q1 is required for the reverse-polarity protection?

Thanks in advance!
