Application Report SLUA618A, there is a high-side gate driver on its page 33. Does TI have an IC do the same job? If so, what is the part name? Thanks.

    Hello Siyuan,

    Thank you for the interest in TI drivers. For a high side only driver, you can use a half bridge driver and only use the high side driver in your application. Simple ground the low side input which is usually LI and leave the low side output unconnected.

    Depending on the application requirements, the UCC27282 half-bridge driver is a good candidate for applications where the power train input voltage is < 100V. For higher voltage applications, the UCC27712 620V half bridge driver is a good candidate.
