Hi,

Thanks for connecting through E2E. TL494 is a legacy PWM controller, well established and well supported but unfortunately TI does not have a SPICE model for the TL494. If you do an internet search you may find a model provided by another source or from academic papers?

Hi,

The TL494 does not have a SPICE model available. If you are willing to consider other double ended PWM controllers, I've narrowed the parametric list here. Some double ended controllers (push-pull, dual output)) such as LM5036 have a PSPICE model and Webench available. Hopefully you can find a controller suited for your needs that includes a PSPICE model.
