Dear sir,
We are using UCC24624 as Dual channel synchronous rectifier controller for Phase shift full bridge converter with Following Specifications:
Vin: 30V -72V;
Vout: 14.5V;
Iout: 50A;
MOSFET part No: TK72E12N1 (Rdson: 3.6m ohm)
we are not getting Vg1 and Vg2 pulses when we have loaded (loaded till 15A) and MOSFET is operating in Diode mode.
our observations are as Follows:
Vdd: 14.5V
Vd1: 14.48V
Vd2: 14.24V
So, we are requesting you to give the suggestion to get the Synchronous rectifier gate pulses and Operate the Synchronous rectifier in MOSFDT mode.
