Hi, Ti team

I are conducting high and low temperature test.
At low temperatures, both UTC and UTD were set to 1, and XCHG and XDSG flags too
However, at high temperatures, both OTC and OTD were set to 1, but the XCHG and XDSG flags were not set to 1.

I referred to the sluu81 document, but it was not resolved.

Can you share the .gg file before and after the test along with the logs from bqStudio?

We need to verify this in the logs for debug.

I checked the Datasheet and there is a setting as below, so I'm going to change it and proceed.
I wonder if FET Action Disable is the default.

Hello,

The safety conditions for temperature events are enabled by default in the protection enable B and D registers.

All Protection is enabled. I checked SS Flag and FET turned off at low temperature, but FET was not turned off at high temperature.

I wonder why the No Action FET is the default for high temperature protection? (See picture above)

Hello Jeong,

Can you clarify the issue you're running into?

You want the projections to be set on all OTC, OTD, OTC, UTC and the protections aren't working for high temperatures?

You can change the default to match your desired system, the defaults don't need to be kept.
