Hello.
We use TPS54260 in our design. After some time in field a lot of end devices go down because of TPS54260 burns out.
The input voltage (Vin = 48V) is used to supply the TPS54260 and as a PoE voltage source for PSE implemented on TPS2384.
Simplified block diagram is provided below.
What the solution can you suggest to improve the protection of TPS54260?
