TPS23751: How to calculate Rff

Part Number: TPS23751
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP11254,

Dear Specialists,

My customer is considering TPS23751 and referring PMP11254.

They have a question about how to calculate Rff.

I'd be grateful if you could advise.

---

According to the thread listed below, it is recommended to use.

However, it cannot be applied to PMP11254.
RSC does not exist in the connection diagram of PMP11254.

Could you please let us know how to calculate Rff.

I appreciate your great help in advance.

Best regards,

Shinichi

  • Hi All,

    I forgot to explain.

The formula and the figure are from SLUP261.

I'm looking forward to waiting your advise.

    Best regards,

  • Hello,

This resistor is internal to the IC. The value is not listed in the datasheet.

I will note, Rff is in PMP11254 as R36 --- is there a reason you cannot use this value?

If this post answers your question, please indicate so by marking this thread as resolved. Thank you.

  • Hi Michael,

    Thank you for your relpy.

I understand Rsc is device inside.

It is no problem to use the value of R36(750kohm).

I'll share this value with the customer.

If the customer has an additional question, I consult you again.

    I appreciate your great help.

    Best regards,

    Shinichi
