We have a concern that noise may trigger the MR when the device is configured in LATCH mode - CT pulled to GND via 10kohms (MR/n with only 25nsec of glitch immunity + 100K weak pull-up).
Please confirm that it is acceptable to tie MR/n directly to Vdd (per section 8.3.5 of the datasheet)
