BQ40Z50EVM-561: same RC components for gauge IC and protection IC

hi Team,

from the bq40z50 reference circuit there is gauge IC bq40z50 and 2nd protection IC U1.

there is a RC filter for each of the VC1~VC4 and the BAT and VDD pin.

customer is asking whether they can share the RC filter to be share between the gauge IC and the 2nd protection IC.

for example. V4 pin from the protection and VC4 pin from the gauge share the same R and C component

whether there is any concerns?
