Yes, you are right. I suppose it meets the JESD51-7, correct?

Hi Fujiwara-san,

Yes, our model is based on JEDEC standard. This app note will give you more details on the actual layout of the board we typically used to generate datasheet thermal numbers. You may use the details from the app note and share it with your customer.
