The customer use BQ40Z80 design with 5 series Li-ion, The CHEM ID and Golden learning have been completed, and now it has been shipped.

Individual packs waked up at first time, the remaining capacity is 0mAh, and they can return to normal after sending the reset command.

How to solve this problem.
