Hi,
In order to reduce standby current, the customer is blocking the power of LED driver using digital transistor.
Therefore, there is a "difference" between output signal of MCU because of the voltage drop of the transistor.
Thus, they need to check whether this "difference" in voltage level is ok.
"Other signal lane pins" are: CLR, G, RCK, SRCK, SERIN.
These pins are connected to MCU.

I think it's ok if the signal voltage level are different from Vcc voltage level.
