As per datasheet the operating Junction temperature is Tj= ‘-55 to 125C, at the same time it says the Operating Ambient temperature is also Tj= ‘-55 to 125C. Ideally junction temperature should be higher than ambient.
Could you please confirm the accuracy of data and also correct number?
