How to choose the dc-dc converter for 24V 20A?

Hi,

We are looking for a DC-DC solution.Could you kindly tell us the best device for following usage?

Vin : 40~160VDC

Vout: 24VDC

Iout: 20A (or 10A)

    Hello Aaron, 

      For your power supply design, I recommend you start with WEBENCH: https://webench.ti.com/power-designer/switching-regulator .  From the designs WEBENCH generates, you can then sort/filter the designs by any of the parameters, in this case perhaps by efficiency.  You can then compare other factors and select the design that is best suited for the application.  WEBENCH provides you a way to easily compare designs to find what the best solution for your product will be.
