Hello expert,
My customer faces an issue in SS period. May I know if overcurrent protection is valid after EN is high? Voltage will be stuck at 1.2V(3.3V application) and they thought it is overcurrent event. Thanks a lot!!
Best regards,

Hi Ann_Lien,
Yes, OC would be active during startup. Does the output properly rise to the expected 3.3V when no load is applied at startup? Have they also tried increasing the ILIM pin resistor to increase the current limit setting to see if that impacts the startup behavior?
I would expect the part to eventually go into hiccup if it remains in overcurrent conditions. If the output just remains at 1.2V output, perhaps there is another issue. Would you be able to share your schematic? It would be good to know their pinstrap setting resistor values (MODE, RAMP, Fsw/RT, SS, ILIM, etc)
