TPS63010: Is there a maximum recommended capacitance for the Vina bypass cap on pin B3

Part Number: TPS63010
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS63020,

Our pcb assembly house has been having poor yields with a board that has two TPS63010 circuits. Solder shorts due to the .4mm pitch bga. So I'm turning the board and changing to a tps63020. The note for the Vina bypass cap on the tps63020 specifies a maximum value of 0.22uf. The data sheet for the TPS63010 suggests a .1uf, but it doesn't specify a maximum value and I have been using 10uf for several years. Will this cause the circuit to fail?
