Dear Sir/Mam,
I need to use IC UCC21530 for SIC-MOSFET gate driver application, which have the capability for programmable dead time. However, there is no description on upper and lower limit of dead-time in datasheet.
A formulae is provided which describes a linear relationship between DT and resistor. My query is what is the lowest value resistor that I can place in this application. An example of 20 kOhm resistor is provided in datasheet. Whether we can use 0.5 kOhm resistor to get dead-time of 50 ns.
Kindly provide the lower and upper limit of settable dead-time.
