TPS65296: Abnormal VDD1/VDD2/VDDQ Output

Hi Team,

Tps65296 supplies power to lpddr4x, but there is abnormal pulse on vdd1/vdd2/vddq output voltage.Take vdd1 output as an example.

What's the condition, VIN/VOUT/IOUT? Could you share us the schematic first? Thanks.

Hi Vincent，

The schematic is attached. vdd1(1.8v) is connected with Lpddr4x directly.
