Hi Team,

One of my customer used TPS659039-Q1 as the attached but there is no output.
Could you give us some advices?

Hello,

First please measure the voltage on Vreg pin 35 using a scope or DC meter. This is the linear regulator output voltage. The Vreg provides the power FETs gate drives. It should be around 5.8V.

Hello,

I'm sorry I thought the question is about TPS43351 and double checked the thread and is about TPS659039. Are the VSYS_5V and VSYS_3V3 coming up correctly?

Now it's suspected that the IC may have failed,Where can the test determine whether the IC fails or not?

Hi,

In the PMIC schematic, there is voltage divider 15K/24K on NRESWARM. The voltage on this pin is T_RSTOUT_N x (15K/39K). The level could be wrong.

Can you remove these resistors and check if power up is OK?
