The following waveform was observed on TPS560430X3F schematic.

I think that converter mode moves from PFM to PWM.

However, this device is TPS560430"X3F".

Is this behavior appropriate?

Hi Kuramochi,

Mode transition from PFM to FPWM should be from light load to heavy load, while the waveform looks opposite.

Besides, when the high-side switch is on, the current drops instead. Which point does IOUT represents?

The behavior looks inappropriate. Could you please send us the schematic to review?
