Hi,

Supposed that you want to get the reflow temperature profile. I attached an app note which includes introductory information about attaching QFN and SON devices to printed circuit boards (PCBs) and suitable with TPS65296.

Hi,

I also found a reflow profile for 18-RJE as attached. All our reflow profiles meet the requirement of JEDEC standard for commercial devices.
