TPS4H160-Q1: When out 3 has no output in low temperature like -20C°

Customer is using TPS4H160-Q1 for relay driving. But they found that an issue that when putting TPS4h160-Q1 in -20C°， out3 has no output after enabled.

Could you help to give the guideline? Thanks!

Could you prove more information? Specifically:

Do you have a schematic? Waveforms?
Does the device return back to normal at all after the temperature returns to normal?
What is the inductance value of the relay?
What is the steady state load current?

About the #1,#2,#4 question, I would learn further.

Based on #2 question, customer says he device would return back to normal after the temperature returns to normal. And they have tested two boards, and only one board has this issue.
