TPS43060: Webench output ripple result is different from DS formula

Hi Team,

My customer is doing the design with TPS43060. The Vin is between 11V to 13V, and the output voltage is 24V with output current 5A.

I am curious about how did Webench calculate the output ripple in the report. The Webench report shows that the Vpp is 0.35V when output current is 5A.

However, the Webench result is different from the DS formula (24). According to the formula, the output ripple should be about 73mV.

I tried to increase the output cap and decrease the output cap ESR, but it seems that the output ripple still big.

Please kindly share your idea with us and how to reduce the output ripple.
