LM3481: Crossover frequency mismatch between Mathcad vs Simplis

In the page no.12  of  SNVA761A power stage Mathcad bode plot is given (Fig11, Fig12).  In Page no.14 simplus simulated power stage bode plot is given. In the below image TI is saying Mathcad results match with simulated results. But while comparing the cross over frequency in Mathcad vs Simplis it is different. In mathcad it is around 22khz , but in simplis it is in between 9 to 10khz. Please give some explanation, correct me if i am wrong.

    You are right, it is different, but it is in the same ballpark. In the Simplis model most probable the parasitics of the inductor and output capacitors cause an earlier LC pole and therefore as well crosses the zero line a little earlier. In general within the same decade is ok.
