TPS25947: output discharge function

Hi Sir,

may we know that TPS25947 series has an output  discharge function? if there this function, could we know that the impedance value internal? thanks.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    TPS25947 series does not have QOD feature. But has reverse current blocking feature that can block reverse current from OUT to IN pin . So when input supply is disconnected and output cap is charged the device will block the reverse current flow into supply thus protecting it.

    We have a device TPS2595 that supports QOD feature . Please also check this device.
