LM3532: Mismatched String Lengths: Wasted power?

Part Number: LM3532

My understanding is that the only section in the datasheet that discusses mismatched string lengths is 7.3.3.

My application requires mismatched string lengths. The longest string ILED1 is 5 LEDs and the shortest ILED2 is 4 LEDs. At 10mA in each string, the difference in voltage between these strings is 3V.

According to the datasheet, the extra 3V is dropped across the current sink. Does that mean there is 3V*10mA = 30mW of wasted power turning into heat at the current sink?
