See Figure 14 on page 12 of the datasheet. There is a feed-forward capacitor: C4. 22PF is going to be implemented, but which side is more effective, the VOUT side or the VFB side?

Nakada-san,
The feedforward capacitor (C4) should be connected from the output voltage (Vout) to the FB pin. It should be placed close to the IC and FB pin in order to keep FB net small. The FB net is high impedance and directly contributes to the control loop, so it is noise sensitive.
Similarly, R1 (VOUT to FB) and R2 (FB to GND) should be kept close to the IC to keep traces from the output voltage lower impedance and minimize the coupling area of the high impedance FB net.
