Hello,
customer wants to use UCC21520 to replace competition in existing design. In the schematic a 100Ohm RDT resistor is use on pin DT. Our recommendation is >500Ohm. Is this this working? How would UCC21520 react?

Hi Holger,
Using a smaller resistor than 500 ohms won't reduce the dead time. The driver will work fine but the dead time limit is ~10-15ns for any resistor less than 500 ohms.
