TPS54561: if this part support pre-bias startup

Hi Team, 

Just want to check if this part can support pre-bias startup, especially when the pre-bias voltage is near to the regulation Vout point.  

There is a diode on between Vin pin and input source to avoid reverse current from Vout to Vin.
