TPS7H1101-SP: Elemental Masses within this device for neutron testing.

Part Number: TPS7H1101-SP

We are going to recreate Neutron Test Method 1017 with this piece as part of a full electronic rig, even though this piece has been tested alone in this procedure. In order to prove minimal potential dose to experimenters, we much account for elemental masses in grams within this part so as to calculate any potential neutron activations that may occur by irradiation of thermal neutrons.

The part number above's suffix looks different from the part I am interested in and I didn't find this one:

TPS7H1101HKR/EM

Thanks for your time!

  • Sam,

I apologize for delay.  I answered this yesterday, but apparently the system did not take it.

The reason for the confusion  is that the TPS7H1101HKR/EM was originally the EM unit for the non A device.   It has been migrated to have the A die since the non A version was put into NRND status.   We are fixing this soon, to eliminate confusion.

The data you are looking for is located in the TPS7H1101A product folder.   In the product folder scroll down to ordering and quality.  Select the link on the left for the "Quality, reliability & packaging information" for the TPS7H1101HKR/EM.
