Actually we have a standard webench design with LM5160 for 6v to 5V flybuck converter. I have tried to simulate the circuit with TINA TI software and on hardware also. I'm not able to get proper simulation results on software and on hardware I'm getting poor voltage regulation on isolated output. I have attached the required files here.

for LM5160, if you want to work at low Vin , you set fsw=480k, due to high rdson , it will have high ration of voltage drop at high side and low side mosfet, which make the duty large and 1-D small, with high working frequency, the (1-D)*Tsw may not enough to support secondary regulation . if this assumption is right, your regulation may be good below half load, but become worse at full load and duty will be larger than 0.6 at full load.
you can try to reduce the fsw and use low leakage inductance transformer see whether it is helpful
