TPS7A3001-EP: Minimum Height

Hi,

The packaging drawing (HVSSOP (DGN)) for this part does not have a minimum drawing callout - is that information available? We are interested in order to select the correct thermal gap pad thickness.

    Hi Lincoln,

    Normally we are more concerned with the maximum height of the package rather than the minimum. Following up is an image showing the maximum height of the device. This could be a starting point to choose a correct thermal pad filling thickness.

     

    There is also a flatness of 0.05mm and 0.15mm creating a height deviation range of 1.05mm, 0.95mm to 1.1mm. Hope this information is useful.
