Hi,

Please detail test conditions and status of STAT1, STAT2. Do you have thermistor installed when testing?

Hi,

STAT1&STAT2 status is no light , I have no thermistor installed, if no thermistor, does it have no output ?

Hi,

Yes, it means you are in a fault condition. TS voltage has to be fixed to normal range as specified in the EC table of the datasheet. You can also refer to the EVM user guide which details steps to power up the IC. You will not charge until TS fault condition is fixed.
